About Our Virtual IOP & Telehealth
Your first session starts with a video call and a clinician who knows your name. At Lousage Institute, virtual IOP means the same structured intensive outpatient care you would get in person, delivered through secure video so you can join from home, from work breaks, or wherever you have privacy and a signal.
On admission we complete a full assessment. We look at your history, your current health, and what has and hasn't worked before, then we build a treatment plan around what you actually need. A dedicated case manager stays with you the whole time. They coordinate your groups, your individual sessions, and the handoff into aftercare, so nothing gets lost when your schedule shifts.

Insurance & Admissions
Send us your insurance details and we start verifying your benefits right away. Most private plans are accepted, and the check usually takes minutes. From there, one call gets your admission moving. If you are coming from out of the area, we help with travel and flights so getting here is one less thing to sort out.
