Your day starts in the morning and runs through the afternoon, then you head home or to supportive housing for the evening. That structure is the point. PHP at Lousage Institute gives you full clinical days without keeping you overnight, so you practice recovery in your real life while still getting steady support.
On your first day, we complete a full assessment covering your physical health, mental health, and history with substances. From that, we build a treatment plan written for you, not a template. A dedicated case manager coordinates your care start to finish, keeps the schedule straight, and stays with you as you move toward aftercare.
We treat this as the bridge between residential care and standing on your own.
