We sit down with you, go through your history, and run a full assessment covering physical health, substance use, mental health, and anything happening at home that shaped how you got here. That assessment builds your treatment plan. It is specific to you, not a template, and we adjust it as we learn more.
A typical day has a rhythm you can count on:
- Morning check-in and group therapy
- Individual sessions with your assigned therapist during the week
- Meals with time built in between them
- Downtime in the afternoon or evening to rest, read, or talk with peers
Family is part of this when you want them to be. We schedule family sessions and keep loved ones informed within the limits you set, because recovery holds better when the people at home understand what is changing.
