Once you're admitted, we hand you this guidebook so you know what to expect from day one. It covers daily structure, phone and visitor policies (which vary by program), how you'll work with your case manager, and how we keep families involved throughout your time with us.

Your first day starts with an intake meeting and a walk through the building so you know where things are before anything else begins. We keep the schedule steady because structure helps in early recovery. Most days include group sessions, individual therapy, meals at set times, and quiet stretches built in for rest.
Phone and visitor rules are not the same across every program. In general:
- Detox and the earliest days usually limit phone access so you can focus on stabilizing
- Residential programs open up phone and visiting hours as you settle in
- Outpatient clients keep their phones and set visits around their own schedules
Your case manager is the person to ask when a rule is unclear or a plan needs to change. They track your treatment plan, coordinate with your therapist, and handle discharge details. Bring them your questions early instead of guessing.
Families stay in the loop through scheduled family sessions and updates, always with your written consent. We tell you what to expect so nobody is left wondering, and we would rather answer the same question twice than leave you unsure.
